Payguru, a new generation payment platform, has undergone an internal company transformation to adapt to changing country and business conditions. As part of this transformation, they decided to start with their physical structure - their office. The Payguru Office, designed by Ayca Akkaya Kul & Onder Kul of mimaristudio, is a reflection of the dynamic nature of the sector in which Payguru operates and the young profile of their staff who will be the main users of the new design.

The interior architecture style of the office exudes liveliness, with the usage of materials in the finishes referencing the energetic atmosphere of the company. The design prioritizes the usage of daylight, ensuring that all areas of the workplace benefit from natural light. The divisions between different internal units are designed to be just landscape elements, promoting a sense of openness and collaboration.

The Payguru Office covers an area of 210 sqm and was designed, planned, and executed by the mimaristudio team. The design team selected simple building materials that complement the general concept of the office. The floors feature 5mm LVT tiling, reflecting the technological face of the firm. Acoustic panels are strategically placed in a random order, creating a complex surface geometry along with the lighting fittings. The office chairs and work groups are equipped with dynamic products that incorporate high technology.

When visitors enter the office, they are greeted by a custom-made welcome desk in the entrance hall. Adjacent to the desk area is a hosting place that can be used by both visitors and employees. The main space after the entrance is an open workspace with a balanced layout. The open working space approach extends to the managers, as the company's inner organization encourages collaboration and inclusivity. Additionally, a semi-closed meeting room is designed for closed meetings.

The Payguru Office project started in January 2015 and was completed in March 2015 in Istanbul. The design team at mimaristudio ensured that the office design aligned with Payguru's identity, vision, and objectives. The result is a contemporary and motivating working area that reflects the innovative nature of the company.

The Payguru Office design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2016 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design. This prestigious award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Payguru Office stands out for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
